bat script files that I wrote to issue the commands automatically automatically (your browser might give a warning that the file could be unsafe, you can safely ignore the warning). Some of the steps may be different for different versions of Windows and I will try to point out the differences in the steps below. These instructions are written for Windows 7 but it will also work on Windows 8 and Windows 10.
